a soft gathering for the soul ~~~ we will start with eye exercises, meditation/breath, visualisation, yoga nidra ~ and then move into an open dream share session where you're invited to doodle and imagine.

malek will read their new moon writeup at the event, and will talk a bit about upcoming astrology of the next month, then share a taurean breath. bára will cast a deep-rest spell on us. there'll be invitations to reflect on a new moon intention (both wordy and wordless intentions!) and space to share dreams * day dreams * writings * sensations * intentions * visions * relationship to dreams or struggles with dreams * shifts in dream relationship * etc.

witness mode is welcome!
this is mainly an audio event, and there will be automatic captioning available.

facilitated by bára + malek

bára: poet, multidisciplinary artist, editor, facilitator, whose practice ranges across embodiment to dreaming.
malek: scorpio moon with a chart ruled by mercury in cancer, who has always made important life decisions via dreams.

you can expect:

• to be asked your access needs at registration and at the start of session

• bilingual instruction based on who is in session
• the choice to have your video on/off, or to interact via voice/chat in accordance with your needs on a given day
• a substantial break and opportunities to rest your body / eyes / nervous system from screens
